About OSKO Consult
What exactly does OSKO Consult do?
I build the layer on top of your accounting package: dashboards, invoice processing, client reporting, document chasing, transaction extraction and integrations. Everything your package does not do, tailored to your firm, with you in final control.
What is the free workflow scan?
We walk through your processes together, at your pace. You will then know what can be automated in your firm, what it would save, and what is better left as it is. Free and without obligation.
What does a workflow cost?
That depends on the scope of the workflow and how accessible your systems are. After the scan you get a concrete proposal with a fixed price per workflow.
Do I have to automate everything at once?
No. Every product stands on its own. Most firms start with one — usually whichever absorbs the most hours — and only expand once it has proven its worth.
Who do I work with?
With me, from the first conversation until after going live. No account manager, no project lead.
Do you work with firms across Belgium?
Yes, the whole process runs largely remotely. If your firm is in the Antwerp region, a visit on site is possible too.
Does OSKO Consult donate to good causes?
Yes. OSKO Consult is committed to donating 1% of profits to good causes.
What the software does and does not decide
Do you use AI, and what exactly for?
Only where fixed rules fall short: reading documents that look different every time, recognising messy descriptions on bank statements, and drafting a first version of an accompanying text. Never for calculations, posting rules or VAT logic — that belongs in code that always gives the same answer.
Do I lose control over what happens automatically?
No. Every workflow puts forward a proposal instead of posting or sending silently. Every step stays visible and adjustable, exceptions surface with the reason, and it stays traceable who — or what — did what, and when.
What happens to cases the workflow does not understand?
They land on a separate list with the reason attached. Nothing is ever half processed or forced through to empty a list — when in doubt, nothing happens until somebody has looked.
Where is my data held?
On secure servers in Europe, or inside your own environment if you prefer. The data goes no further than the systems you connect, and only the people you designate have access.
Packages, lead times and aftercare
Do I have to replace my accounting package?
No. I build on top, not instead of. The integration hangs off what you already use: Exact Online, Octopus, Yuki, Adsolut, Expert/M, WinBooks, Sage BOB 50, Horus, Popsy, Unit4 Venice, Odoo, plus Billit, Billtobox, ClearFacts and CodaBox.
What if my package has no API?
Then we look for the next best route: a scheduled export, an import folder, a CSV at a fixed time, or a Peppol connection. Less elegant, equally reliable — and still better than retyping.
How long before a workflow runs?
For a defined workflow, typically a few weeks between the first conversation and going live, of which the prototype is usually ready within one to two weeks.
How much of my time does it cost?
A few hours spread over the project: the conversation, some sample documents, and feedback on the prototype.
What happens once the workflow is running?
I keep following the exceptions and adjust the workflow where it asks for your intervention too often.
Do you still build websites?
Yes. Fast, mobile-friendly and multilingual, connected to your mailbox or calendar. If we work together on your automation, I will put your site right along the way.

Where does your time actually go?
We walk through your processes together, at your pace. You will know what can be automated in your firm, what it would save, and what is better left as it is. No strings attached.
