We go through what happens daily and monthly: who does what, in which order, and where it gets stuck. At your pace — how far we go is up to you. It helps if the person who actually does the work is there.

What can, and what cannot
An overview of the tasks that lend themselves to automation, each with an estimate of what they cost per month. Plus what is technically not possible or not worth the effort — you would rather hear that straight away than afterwards.

You decide
If you want something built, a proposal with a fixed price follows. If you want nothing, you keep the overview and that is that.
