Every month the same figures, every month the same work.
Export, paste, update the chart, generate the PDF, send. Per client, every month. That whole sequence is what a workflow takes over — you read the report and say something useful about it.
From accounting data to a report ready to send
Retrieval
The figures come straight from your accounting package via the API, at a fixed moment in the month, for every file at once. No export, no intermediate file, no copying errors.
Assembly
Result, revenue trend, cost structure, open items and comparison with the previous period are calculated and poured into your own template — with your logo and your layout.
Commentary
Optionally the workflow drafts a suggested text describing what stands out: a margin slipping, a cost line spiking, a receivable creeping up. A suggestion, not a finished text.
Release
All reports sit ready in one overview. You review, adjust where needed and release. Only then do they go out — or stay ready for your own meeting.
The figures never come from AI. Anything that is an amount, a percentage or a balance is calculated from your accounting data using fixed rules. AI only comes in when phrasing the accompanying text — and you read that text before anything leaves.

About client reporting
Will the report still look like my firm's?
Yes. The workflow fills your existing template — your logo, your structure, your order of sections. For a client nothing changes about the form; only the way the report comes about changes.
Does AI write the commentary on the figures?
Only if you want it to, and always as a suggestion. AI can draft a first text describing what stands out in the figures. The figures themselves never come from AI — they are calculated from your accounting data. You read the text before anything goes out.
Does the workflow send the reports to my clients itself?
That is up to you. The default is that all reports wait for your review and only go out after you release them. Anyone who prefers it can set, per client, that the report is sent automatically after approval.
What if a client's figures are not complete yet?
The workflow flags that, rather than producing a report on incomplete data. You see which files are not ready and why — because bank statements or purchase invoices are still missing, for instance.
